The interview for the appointment of an **Evening OP Doctor** at **Chokkad Family Health Centre (FHC)** will be conducted on **24 June (Wednesday) at 9:30 AM** at the **District Medical Office, Malappuram**.
Candidates are required to attend the interview with the **originals and one photocopy each** of the following documents:
* TCMC Registration Certificate
* MBBS Certificate
* SSLC Certificate
* Aadhaar Card
* Experience Certificate
All candidates are requested to report to the District Medical Office on time with the above-mentioned documents.
